Amidst ongoing global supply chain uncertainties, Hebei Jinzhou Tujin is proud to announce a significant upgrade to its production capacity at its state-of-the-art manufacturing base in Jinzhou, Hebei Province. With a sprawling campus covering 120,000 square meters, the company's comprehensive annual production capacity for core products—including Cellulose Ethers and Redispersible Polymer Powders (RDP)—has now surpassed 30,000 metric tons.
This expansion represents a leap in quality as much as quantity. The newly commissioned automated production lines utilize world-class control systems, enabling fully enclosed processing from raw material feeding to final packaging. This infrastructure provides the hardware guarantee for "batch-to-batch consistency," a critical concern for chemical buyers. Particularly in the production of Hydroxyethyl Cellulose (HEC) and Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose (HPMC), precise temperature control and reaction timing ensure uniform substitution, effectively eliminating viscosity fluctuations commonly experienced by downstream clients in coatings and construction applications.
Strategic geographic location remains a core competitive advantage for Tujin. Proximity to the major ports of Tianjin and Qingdao, coupled with extensive high-speed rail and expressway networks, ensures not only cost-competitive pricing but also reliable logistics efficiency. Located just 260km from Beijing, the facility is primed for rapid response to urgent orders across North China and global markets.
